Ralac offers housing to people over the age of fifty five who would otherwise qualify for public housing. This is provided in sixty independent units, at 25% of the pension plus rent assistance. Included at even lower rents are six small bedsits for people who are homeless or at the risk of homelessness.
Community Housing is available at Wilana Village in Wilana Street, Ringwood and at Lionswood Village in Wantirna Rd, Ringwood. Contact our office or complete the Application Form.

Prospective Residents need:
• Not to exceed the current general public housing income and asset eligibility limits
• Be aged 55 years or over
• Live in Victoria
• Not own or part own a house, unit or flat
• Have Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
• Be in receipt of an Australian Government Pension
